Life Coaching

Most people believe that to improve their health all they need to do is to eat right and take a few nutritional supplements. It’s true, this will improve your health and for some people this is all that’s needed. However for others it seems that no amount of dietary changes and nutritional supplements has a lasting improvement on their overall health. What is needed is a more holistic approach to health in which all aspects of your life are fully appraised. Life coaching focuses on your choices, habits, daily routines, thought patterns and emotional issues that can affect you on a daily basis. These issues can have either a beneficial or negative effect on your health and ultimately the quality of your life.

For example eating a diet rich in fruit and vegetables is a positive lifestyle choice which will increase your resistance to disease and extend your longevity. Smoking on the other hand is a poor lifestyle choice which will increase your risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer, lung disease and poor immune function which will obviously decrease your life expectancy.

How can Life Coaching help me?

Our role as your life coach is to assess your total lifestyle and make suggestions on how you can improve the choices you make to better your health and life expectancy.

Together we analyse your diet, your pH balance, the amount of exercise you do, your positive and negative thought patterns, emotional issues, your vices, your sleeping patterns, your stress levels and your overall happiness.

Various clinical tests that provide important information on your current health status.

All this information paints a picture and  highlights the best direction that needs to be taken to balance your mind, body and spirit which will ultimately improve your health and quality of life. Together we set your new goals, thought patterns and lifestyle choices which starts you on your journey towards improved health and a longer, happier and healthier life.
