Shipping & Returns


Shipping Areas

We ship to all locations within Australia and World Wide.

Please note we are unable to ship to a PO Box or locker and require a street address for delivery.

All orders will be auctioned and shipped within 48 working hours of payment confirmation, unless otherwise notified.

The cost of shipping is calculated by the weight of the total order as indicated below.

Please note to due Paypal policy restrictions, orders can only be shipped within the same country that the person making payment resides. If you require to have the order sent to another country (other than the country that you reside in) you will need to either;

i) receive the order yourself and then arrange the international shipping. Please refer to your local postage services for their international shipping charges.

ii) have the person within the country that the order needs to be shipped to make the payment through Paypal.

Local Pickup - From our Lismore Clinic (Free)

Please note for local customers we do provide the option for you to pickup your order at our business address to save on shipping costs. During the checkout process just select the option for 'Pickup From Clinic Lismore' and the shipping charges will automatically update to zero. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready to arrange a convenient time for collection.

Delivery Times (Regular Post)

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and method of delivery as advised above. Please refer to the following schedules as a guide only.

Local Area – Northern Rivers of NSW

1-2 business days

Cities and metropolitan areas of NSW

1-3 business days

For all other areas of NSW 

3-7 business days

Western Australia - Cities and metropolitan areas

For remote and outback areas please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.

If in the unfortunate event you do not receive your items within a reasonable time frame, please check your Parcel Tracking ID on the Shipper's website (if we have provided you with one), check with your local post office or email us via our contact us page to review your order status and shipping details.   

Delivery Method

Please note we use Courier Services as our first option of delivery and if this isn't possible we use Australia Post.  Whilst every effort will be made by our couriers to deliver your parcel to you, in the unfortunate event of your parcel being returned to us, you will be charged additional freight to have your item redelivered to you.  

To avoid an additional courier freight charge we suggest you;

i) Check the shipping address you provide at checkout is correct. 

ii) Provide 'authority to leave' (ATL) instructions when placing your order if you are happy to have the parcel left on your premises should no-one be at home at time of delivery. Please leave instructions for the courier during the checkout process. 

If your parcel is being delivered by Australia Post and you were not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a card for you to collect the parcel at your nearest Post Office. 

International Shipping Costs  (Outside Australia)

All orders are shipped by Australia Post and and are calculated on the total weight of your order and delivery location. Please note our shipping calculator will display the postage cost to your destination during the checkout process. We offer 4 international postage services for your convenience.

Air Mail No Tracking: This is Australia Posts cheapest international postage option, parcels using this option are generally delivered between 5 to 21 working days depending on the destination. This service offers no parcel tracking and as such we are unable to offer any replacement due to lost or stolen goods. We recommend that you choose from one of the other 3 options available, which offer tracking or registered post capabilities. 

Air Mail With Tracking: This service requires a signature on delivery and is available to selected countries. The advantage of this service is that you will be able to track your parcels whereabouts through the delivery process. Parcels on this service are generally delivered between 5 and 15 working days depending on location.

Registered Post No Tracking: This service provides proof of items sent and requires a signature on delivery. Parcels on this service are generally delivered between 5 and 21 working days depending on location.

Express Courier With Tracking: This is a premium international courier service that fast tracks your parcels delivery. Parcels are tracked throughout shipping and require a signature on delivery. Postage times on this service are generally between 4 and 6 working days to most major metropolitan areas, depending on geographical location.

Please Note: All international Orders will be shipped only on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday


Damaged Goods

Whilst every effort will be made to package your goods in a safe manner for transportation, we will be happy to replace any item(s) that arrives at your delivery address in a damaged state, that is deemed unsafe to be used.

Please email us via our contact us page to register your claim within 7 days of receipt of goods. We may ask that you forward photo's of the damaged item(s) or return the damaged goods to us prior to replacing the item(s). Should we ask you to do this, we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur, following receipt of the damaged goods and proof of postage charges.   

Refunds, Returns/Replacements & Other

Please choose your purchase wisely as we do not offer refunds once your order has been placed and payment transaction has been completed. No refunds will be given for a change of mind.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or replacements for items once they have been shipped. 

If under extreme circumstances we do agree to refund or accept a product return/or replacement, a 35% restocking fee, less shipping will be charged. 

We are unable to offer refunds on "Downloadable Products" once they have been purchased. 

Stock Levels

In the event that we are unable to provide the product you have purchased we will contact you immediately. This can be due to unforeseen circumstances in regards to stock levels with our suppliers. 

Should this occur, we will endeavour to either;

i)  Replace the item with an alternative brand for the same product of equal quality 

ii) Reimburse you for your payment of the affected item(s)

iii) Place your item on back order, if the product should be available for shipment within 7 days.
