The Vitality and Wellness Centre Ships Worldwide

Australian Orders

The Vitality and Wellness Centre offers FREE standard shipping with Australia Post or Fastway couriers on all domestic orders over $175.00.

The Vitality and Wellness Centre ships Australia wide and offers standard or express postage to business, residential, PO Box or locker box addresses.

The Vitality and Wellness Centre aims to have your order dispatched within 48 business hours of placement.

While we endeavour to hold stock of our popular items, sometimes we get caught short and have to reorder from our supplier. This delay may add additional time to the processing and dispatching a customers order. If there is a significant delay or the supplier is out of stock, we shall contact you with an alternative product suggestion. If the delivery of your order is time-critical, please contact us before you place your order.

For all cold goods we recommend that you select express shipping as economy shipping may reduce the viability of these products. 

We use Australia Post or Fastway courier services for delivery of orders.

Standard parcel delivery times are between 3-14 business days depending on location.

Express services between 1- 7 business days depending on location.

We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.

Once a parcel is shipped, we are unable to cancel or change delivery instructions, or addresses for that order.

We are unable to take responsibility for any delays in delivery of your order from the moment it is picked up by our designated courier provider.

All orders that provide an email address will be provided a tracking number. As such, we are unable to provide a tracking service to customers that check out without an email address.

Lost or Damaged 

If under unfortunate circumstances your parcel is lost or damaged and you have selected shipping with insurance cover then your parcel will be replaced at no cost to you. If shipping was selected without insurance cover the Vitality and Wellness Centre will be unable to refund or resend your parcel, unless the order is purchased again.  

If you selected shipping with insurance cover for your order at the time of purchase then you will be able to claim the loss or damage of your parcel. If the parcel is lost or damaged you will need to contact us and provide photos of the damaged items and make a claim with Australia Post or the courier delivering your order. While your claim is being processed we will organise to resend your damaged or lost items. 

International Orders

COVID19 Parcel Service Impacted

Australia Post is making every effort to meet delivery times, however, the changing nature of both airline haul capacity and delivery services in destination countries, regions and territories mean that these delivery estimates should be used as a guide only. Further delivery delays will occur with countries/cities in lockdown. More information please click here

Express service will continue to receive priority despatch for all locations where air capacity is available. Please visit this page for suspension of services for this product to select countries. Signature on delivery for this service impacted in most destinations. 

Standard service delivery timeframes will vary due to limited air capacity and flight cancellations. Where necessary, alternative routing by sea mail for parcels will be used. We anticipate that some delays and/or changes will impact all countries where services are not suspended. Please view the below section on this page for a list of impacted countries.

The Vitality and Wellness Centre ships to most countries worldwide. Should your country not appear in the shopping cart on checkout, please contact us.

The Vitality and Wellness Centre aims to have your order dispatched within 1-2 business days of placement.

We use Australia Post for delivery of all International Orders.

Australia Post offers two trackable and proof of delivery services; Express Post and Standard Post.

Australia Post also offers Economy Post. Please note this service does not provide tracking or proof of delivery.

All orders that provide an email address will be given tracking details (except Economy Post deliveries). Unfortunately we are unable to offer this tracking service if an email address is not provided at the time the order is placed.

International Import Tax (International Orders)

Depending on your governments legislation you may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties.

Some countries require the receiver to pay a brokerage or a handling fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from the Vitality and Wellness Centre shipping charges and you will be billed directly for them, via the shipping carrier or customs.

These customs duties, brokerage fees or tax rates vary from country to country. The Vitality and Wellness Centre has no control over these charges.

The Vitality and Wellness Centre will not be liable for packages refused, or held up by customs, for delivery.

Declaration of Value and Product Description (International Orders)

International shipments are processed with a commercial invoice which is required to ship items internationally.

Customs may make additional requests based on local laws and regulations. Due to the complexity of some requests, we cannot guarantee that the additional information requested will be provided.

These requests may differ depending on the order value, regulations, and other unpredictable factors.

Correct Information

Please make sure your phone number, shipping and email address is correct. Your phone number or email address may be used by the courier company, to contact you, in case there is a problem with your delivery.

The Vitality and Wellness Centre is not responsible for the entering of any incorrect information on your order. As such the Vitality and Wellness Centre will not be responsible for your parcel if it is incorrectly delivered due to the wrong information provided.

Once a parcel is shipped, we are unable to cancel the order, or change a phone number, delivery or email address.
