NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides Powder

  • NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides is a premium-quality collagen powder made from 100% grass-fed, pure hydrolysed bovine collagen protein. Free from sweeteners, colours, flavours, additives, and hormones, it provides a clean, highly absorbable source of collagen to help maintain the body’s structural integrity and connective tissue health.

NatroVital's pure collagen contains both Type 1 and Type 3 collagen—the two most abundant forms in the human body. Scientists have identified at least 28 different collagen types, each with unique roles in supporting healthy tissues. NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides is also rich in amino acids such as glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline—the building blocks the body uses to repair and maintain collagen structures. These amino acids can also be combined by the body to form other collagen types, such as Type 2 found in cartilage. By supplying these essential raw materials, this formula supports a wide range of tissues, from skin and joints to muscles, blood vessels, and connective structures.

Understanding the Roles of Type 1 and Type 3 Collagen

    • Type 1 Collagen: The most abundant form in the body, providing structure and strength to skin, bones, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. It helps maintain skin firmness and elasticity, supports the integrity of hair, nails, and organs, and plays a role in tissue repair.
    • Type 3 Collagen: Found in skin, intestines, muscles, and blood vessels. It contributes to skin elasticity, supports gut lining structure, helps maintain muscle tone, and keeps blood vessels strong and flexible. Alongside Type 1, it helps maintain the strength, flexibility, and overall health of many tissues.

Factors That Can Reduce Collagen Levels

    • Ageing: Collagen production naturally declines with age, and existing fibres lose strength, leading to changes in skin, joints, and tissue integrity.
    • Poor Diet: Collagen formation relies on amino acids, vitamin C, zinc, and antioxidants. A diet low in these nutrients can limit collagen production.
    • Oxidative Stress: Free radicals from pollution, chemicals, smoking, or high sugar intake can damage collagen fibres and hinder their formation.
    • UV Exposure: Long-term exposure to sunlight or fluorescent lighting can break down skin collagen, reducing firmness and elasticity.
    • Alcohol & Smoking: Both can impair collagen production, accelerate breakdown, and reduce nutrient delivery for repair.
    • Malabsorption Issues: Conditions such as IBS, reflux, or leaky gut can reduce nutrient absorption required for collagen production.
    • Medications: Certain drugs, including corticosteroids and some anti-inflammatories, may interfere with natural collagen-building processes.

    How Collagen Supports Your Health

    • Skin Health: Collagen supports skin elasticity, hydration, and firmness, helping maintain a smooth texture and reducing visible fine lines.
    • Bone Strength: Forms part of the bone matrix, providing a framework for minerals like calcium to bind, helping maintain bone density and strength.
    • Joint Function: Present in cartilage, ligaments, and tendons, collagen supports flexibility, cushioning, and comfortable movement.
    • Muscle Recovery: Amino acids in collagen assist in repairing muscle tissue after activity and may help reduce exercise-related soreness.
    • Gut Support: Contributes to the structure of the intestinal lining, supporting its integrity and digestive health.
    • Hair & Nails: Strengthens the structure of hair follicles and nail beds, promoting healthy growth and reducing brittleness.
    • Circulatory Health: Supports the strength and flexibility of blood vessel walls, contributing to healthy circulation.
    • Wound Healing: Plays a role in tissue regeneration, providing the framework needed for new cell growth.
    • Appetite Control: As a protein, collagen can promote a feeling of fullness, which may assist with healthy eating patterns.

With its pure, additive-free profile, NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides delivers the essential building blocks for the body’s own collagen production. Providing both Type 1 and Type 3 collagen, plus amino acids to support a broader range of collagen types, it helps maintain the structure and function of skin, joints, bones, muscles, and connective tissues—nourishing your body from the inside out.

    Did you know?
Most supplements contain hidden excipients or unnecessary fillers—NatroVital's don’t. Pure Collagen Peptides is clean, honest, and transparent.

Read our guide: The Truth About Excipients
  • What is the recommended dosage for NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides?

Mix 1–2 scoops (approximately 10–20g) into water, juice, a smoothie, or your preferred drink. Can be taken once daily or divided into two servings, depending on your individual needs. For best results, use consistently as part of your daily routine.

What do we often combine with NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides in clinic?

In clinic, we often pair NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides with other NatroVital formulas to further support skin, joints, and connective tissue. For example:

    • For healthy collagen formation and skin integrity, it can be taken alongside Liposomal C & D.
    • To help protect collagen from oxidative stress, it works well with Antioxidant Support.
    • For connective tissue repair and strength, we often add ZSIM.

Why choose NatroVital over other supplement brands?

NatroVital is a proudly Australian-owned and operated business, founded by Greg Newson—a qualified naturopath, herbalist, and nutritionist with over 20 years of clinical experience. Our range was created out of frustration with the supplement industry, where too many products were filled with synthetic binders, fillers, flavours, and unnecessary additives that often compromise quality and efficacy.

At NatroVital, we believe that what’s left out is just as important as what goes in. That’s why every product we create, including Pure Collagen Peptides, is formulated without synthetic additives, binders, fillers or artificial preservatives. Instead, we use clean, functional ingredients that deliver nutritional support without compromise.

All NatroVital products are developed and produced in small batches at our own facility here in Australia. We're a family-run business committed to creating honest, effective, and practitioner-formulated supplements you can trust.

Does NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides contain any fillers, preservatives or artificial additives?

No. NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides contains only 100% pure active ingredients. It is completely free from binders, fillers, flavours, colours, preservatives, and artificial sweeteners.

Can NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides be consumed by vegans or vegetarians?

No. NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides is derived from bovine (cow) sources and is therefore not suitable for those following a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle.

Are there any contraindications for using NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides?

Do not use NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides if you have a known allergy to any of its ingredients. While no adverse effects have been reported, safety during pregnancy or breastfeeding has not been established, so use with caution during these times.

Is NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides a therapeutic medicine?

NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides is a practitioner-formulated nutritional supplement made from 100% pure hydrolysed bovine collagen protein. It is not listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

In Australia, only products listed or registered with the TGA are permitted to make therapeutic claims. Instead, we refer to the recognised role of collagen and its amino acids in supporting the structure and function of skin, joints, bones, muscles, connective tissues, and general wellbeing. If you’re unsure whether this supplement is right for you, please speak with your healthcare provider.

Why isn’t NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides listed with the TGA?

We’ve chosen not to list NatroVital Pure Collagen Peptides with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) so we can speak more openly about the recognised role of collagen in supporting everyday health and wellbeing. TGA listing requires strict language restrictions, significant regulatory costs, and licensed manufacturing—factors that can reduce flexibility and increase product pricing.

By remaining AustL-exempt, we’re able to formulate and produce in small batches, maintain affordable pricing, and stay true to our commitment to clean, transparent, practitioner-designed supplements.

At Vitality and Wellness, we believe supplements should work with your body—not against it. That’s why every product we stock is selected with care, guided by clinical experience, and included because it meets a standard we’re comfortable recommending. While some formulas may include common excipients, we always prioritise cleaner, practitioner-quality options—like the NatroVital range—where purity, effectiveness, and transparency come first.

Not so dry anymore!

My skin is naturally quite dry, I have been using the collagen for about 4 months and have noticed a major improvement. I no longer need to religiously exfoliate dry

I am interested in your product but the most important thing that I want to know, you don't tell ??? What is the source of your collagen, please ?

Hi Ibina,
Thanks for your review and question. The collagen protein is sourced from bovine (cow). This is mentioned in the excipients section of the product page, but may not obvious so we will add the word bovine in the first paragraph. Thanks for helping us to improve something simple

Great product!!

I use two scoops in my smoothie every morning, it dissolves perfectly and doesn’t have any flavour that I can notice. My skin has improved a lot since I started taking it. Thank you!
