What causes Dysbiosis

What causes Dysbiosis can vary from one person to the next, however the most common causes are: Alcohol, antibiotics, birth control pills, candida, leaky gut syndrome, pregnancy, stress, high sugar or fat diet, food contaminations, elevated hormones, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome and more.   

 

Symptoms of Dysbiosis

 Not everybody with Dysbiosis suffers the same symptoms. Some of the more common ones are: Abdominal pain, acne, allergies, anxiety, burping, chronic fatigue, cracked nails, diarrhoea, heartburn, muscle pain, migraines, stress, vertigo, weight gain and more.  [read more]
